1. General Provisions<\/h2>

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter \u2014 the Policy) has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter \u2014 the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data as well as the security measures taken by Danilyuk, Barkova & Partners International Law Firm (hereinafter \u2014 the Operator).<\/p>

1.1.<\/strong> The Operator considers the protection of human rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data \u2014 including the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality \u2014 a top priority in its operations.<\/p>

1.2.<\/strong> This Policy applies to all personal data the Operator receives about visitors to https:\/\/law-larang.com, including information submitted via contact forms.<\/p>


2. Key Definitions<\/h2>

2.1. Automated processing of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 processing of personal data using computing equipment.<\/p>

2.2. Blocking of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 temporary suspension of personal data processing, except where processing is required for clarification purposes.<\/p>

2.3. Website<\/strong> \u2014 the collection of graphic and informational materials, software, and databases accessible on the internet at https:\/\/law-larang.com.<\/p>

2.4. Personal data information system<\/strong> \u2014 a set of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means used to process them.<\/p>

2.5. Anonymization of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 actions that make it impossible to identify the data subject without additional information.<\/p>

2.6. Processing of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 any action or set of actions performed on personal data: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or destruction \u2014 whether automated or not.<\/p>

2.7. Operator<\/strong> \u2014 a legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes the processing of personal data and determines its purposes and scope.<\/p>

2.8. Personal data<\/strong> \u2014 any information directly or indirectly relating to an identified or identifiable website User.<\/p>

2.9. Personal data authorized for distribution by the subject<\/strong> \u2014 personal data to which access has been granted by the subject through their consent in accordance with the Personal Data Law.<\/p>

2.10. User<\/strong> \u2014 any visitor to the website (personal data subject).<\/p>

2.11. Disclosure of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 actions directed at revealing personal data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.<\/p>

2.12. Distribution of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 any actions directed at revealing personal data to an unspecified group of persons, including publication in media or placement in information and telecommunications networks.<\/p>

2.13. Destruction of personal data<\/strong> \u2014 actions that result in the permanent destruction of personal data such that it cannot be restored in the information system or on physical media.<\/p>


3. Rights and Obligations of the Operator<\/h2>

3.1.<\/strong> The Operator has the right to:<\/p>

    \r\n
  • request accurate information and documents containing personal data from the data subject;<\/li>\r\n
  • continue processing personal data after the subject withdraws consent, if there are legal grounds to do so under the Personal Data Law;<\/li>\r\n
  • independently determine the measures necessary and sufficient to comply with personal data legislation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

    3.2.<\/strong> The Operator is obliged to:<\/p>

      \r\n
    • provide the data subject, upon request, with information about the processing of their personal data;<\/li>\r\n
    • organize the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable Russian law;<\/li>\r\n
    • respond to requests from data subjects and their legal representatives in compliance with the Personal Data Law;<\/li>\r\n
    • submit requested information to the authorized personal data protection authority within 30 days of receiving a request;<\/li>\r\n
    • ensure public access to this Policy by publishing it on the website;<\/li>\r\n
    • take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions;<\/li>\r\n
    • cease processing and destroy personal data in the cases and manner provided for by the Personal Data Law;<\/li>\r\n
    • fulfill other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

      4. Rights and Obligations of the Data Subject<\/h2>

      4.1.<\/strong> The data subject has the right to:<\/p>

        \r\n
      • obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Law;<\/li>\r\n
      • require the Operator to update, block, or destroy personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the stated processing purpose;<\/li>\r\n
      • set a prior consent condition for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;<\/li>\r\n
      • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to info@larang.com<\/strong> with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”;<\/li>\r\n
      • appeal unlawful actions or inaction by the Operator to the authorized personal data protection authority or through the courts;<\/li>\r\n
      • exercise other rights provided for by Russian law.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>

        4.2.<\/strong> The data subject is obliged to provide the Operator with accurate personal information and to promptly notify the Operator of any changes.<\/p>

        4.3.<\/strong> Persons who provide the Operator with false information about themselves or submit another person’s personal data without their consent shall be liable under applicable Russian law.<\/p>


        5. Categories of Personal Data Processed<\/h2>

        5.1.<\/strong> Full name.<\/p>

        5.2.<\/strong> Email address.<\/p>

        5.3.<\/strong> Phone numbers.<\/p>

        5.4.<\/strong> Anonymized visitor data (including cookies) collected via web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).<\/p>

        5.5.<\/strong> All of the above data is collectively referred to in this Policy as “Personal Data.”<\/p>

        5.6.<\/strong> The Operator does not process special categories of personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, or intimate life.<\/p>

        5.7.<\/strong> Processing of personal data authorized for distribution from among the special categories listed in Part 1, Article 10 of the Personal Data Law is permitted only subject to the restrictions and conditions set out in Article 10.1 of that law.<\/p>

        5.8.<\/strong> The User’s consent to the processing of personal data authorized for distribution is executed separately from other consent forms. The conditions of Article 10.1 of the Personal Data Law apply.<\/p>

        5.8.1.<\/strong> The User provides consent for the processing of personal data authorized for distribution directly to the Operator.<\/p>

        5.8.2.<\/strong> The Operator must publish information about the processing conditions, as well as any restrictions on processing by an unlimited number of persons, no later than three business days after receiving such consent.<\/p>

        5.8.3.<\/strong> The transfer (distribution, disclosure, or access) of personal data authorized by the subject for distribution must be stopped at any time upon the subject’s request. The request must include the subject’s full name, contact details (phone number, email, or postal address), and a list of personal data whose processing is to be stopped. Only the Operator to whom the request is addressed may process that data.<\/p>
