1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Agreement) govern the relationship between Danilyuk, Barkova & Partners International Law Firm (hereinafter — the Administration) and any person using the website https://law-larang.com (hereinafter — the Site).
1.2. Any use of the Site — browsing pages, filling out contact forms, submitting requests — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site.
1.4. The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Subject Matter
2.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the Site free of charge for informational purposes: learning about the firm’s activities and submitting inquiries via contact forms.
2.2. The Site is not a media outlet and does not provide legal services automatically. All information on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or a recommendation.
2.3. To obtain legal assistance, a separate legal services agreement must be entered into with the firm’s attorneys in accordance with applicable law.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. The User has the right to:
- freely browse Site materials for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- submit inquiries through contact forms;
- request an initial consultation within the scope provided on the Site.
3.2. The User agrees to:
- not use the Site for purposes that violate Russian law or cause harm to third parties;
- not take any actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Site, its software, or infrastructure;
- not post or transmit through the Site any materials that infringe intellectual property rights, contain malicious software, or are offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful;
- provide accurate information when filling out contact forms;
- not engage in automated data collection from the Site (scraping, parsing, or similar actions) without the Administration’s written consent.
4. Administration Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Administration has the right to:
- modify the content and structure of the Site without prior notice;
- temporarily suspend the Site for technical or other justified reasons;
- decline to process a User’s inquiry if it contains false information, violates these Terms, or breaches Russian law;
- impose restrictions on the use of the Site for certain categories of users.
4.2. The Administration undertakes to:
- make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Site;
- process Users’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site;
- review inquiries submitted through contact forms within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All Site materials — texts, images, logos, graphic elements, page structure and design — are the intellectual property of the Administration or rights holders who have transferred the relevant rights to the Administration.
5.2. Commercial use of Site materials, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or publication, is prohibited without the Administration’s written consent.
5.3. Quoting Site materials is permitted solely for non-commercial purposes, provided the source is clearly credited with an active link to https://law-larang.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Site is provided “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Site.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Site;
- actions by third parties who gained access to User data as a result of the User’s violation of these Terms;
- the content of external websites linked from the Site;
- the suitability of Site materials for the User’s specific purposes or expectations.
6.3. Information on the Site may reference legislation, case law, and other sources. The Administration does not guarantee that such information is current at the time of the User’s review and recommends independently verifying information before making any legally significant decisions.
7. Cookies and Analytics
7.1. The Site uses cookies and web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others) to analyze traffic and improve Site performance. Data collected is anonymized and cannot be used to identify a specific user.
7.2. By continuing to use the Site, the User consents to the use of cookies. The User may disable cookies in their browser settings; however, some Site features may become unavailable as a result.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation. Claims should be sent to info@law-larang.com.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the Administration’s place of business in accordance with applicable Russian law.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. This Agreement enters into force upon the User’s first use of the Site and remains in effect indefinitely.
9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
9.3. Personal data provided by the User on the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://law-larang.com/privacy-policy.
